Superhero Face Masks

We thought we might make some superhero face masks today.

You will need some paper plates, or card, paint, felt tip pens or crayons, coloured paper and ribbon or string to tie your mask. Firstly draw your superhero face onto the paper plate and very carefully cut out the eyes, this will help you to see when you are wearing your mask. Think about what colour your super hero may be, what special powers do they have. Is your super hero kind, helpful, happy and a good listener, do they have any special powers which they might use to help others.

Superheroes are usually people who do kind and good things to help others. It is important to talk with children about how they can help their friends and their family, do they know a superhero?

Allow them time to consider how important it is to help others and how it might feel to do kind things for others.
